Upon graduating from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree, he accepted a position with the nation’s largest distributor of performance textiles. With a territory including Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana he sold to a wide variety of customers from single owner/operator shops to the largest boat manufacturers in the United States. During his tenure, he increased distribution sales in his territory by over 20%.
On the heels of this success, Brad was chosen from among his peers as one of two territory managers to assist with bringing a newly-developed consumer model to market. Covering the eastern half of the United States, he was instrumental in developing and implementing training programs and a go-to-market strategy, which fostered the success of the new brand.
Broadening his depth of experience, Brad then worked for the nation’s leading distributor of CAD software. Working directly with large enterprise customers, Brad managed multi-channel resource-intensive sales cycles to provide scalable data analysis solutions. Driving sales which required vast blueprinting, implementation iterations, and often international connectivity provided expertise in the intricacies of efficient processes.
Brad has most recently been working with a social network enterprise, where he has developed their sales department from the ground up. Documenting training guidelines, creating brand articulations, and ‘prospect close rate’ data analysis are just a few of his accomplishments.
Brad currently lives in Chicago, IL where he enjoys city life, running on the lake-front, and travel.
